Terms of Service

These terms set out the conditions for using dira, the engine and the app together, provided by Proofer Inc. (프루퍼 주식회사, "the Company").
1. What this tool does
dira hands an agent CLI (claude and the like) the job of reading and changing your files.
You pick the directory that becomes a queue root, you judge what gets committed inside it,
and you decide whether to accept what comes out. The Company never reaches into your files.
The engine and the workers run on your Mac, with your permissions.
This clause states a fact before it disclaims anything. In a directory you register as a queue root, an agent that holds write permission there can go as far as making commits. Pick the queue root knowing that.
2. License and no warranty
The engine and the app ship under the MIT license. The source is public at github.com/proofer-tech/dira. Exactly as MIT states, dira is provided without warranty of any kind ("AS IS"). That includes any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, of merchantability, or of non-infringement - the Company gives none of them. Whatever running dira produces is your responsibility, including the code an agent changed and the commits it made.
3. Third parties
dira calls the agent CLI (claude and the like) that you have already installed and
authenticated. That CLI's terms, its pricing, and its availability are between you and its
provider. The Company is not a party to that agreement and does not stand between the two of
you. How the agent CLI behaves on its own, and what happens when it fails, is not the
Company's responsibility.
4. Pricing
dira is free today. There is no account, no server, and no fee. If a paid plan ever arrives, the Company announces it on this page before it applies.
5. Changes
When these terms change, updating this page is the notice. Any change moves the effective date below to that day.

7. Effective date
